Order
Yes, you can order samples of our fabrics and wallpapers directly through our website or by contacting us via email. We recommend sampling prior to placing a full order.
Each order includes up to five wallpaper and textile samples.
Flat-rate shipping applies: Australia $10 AUD / International $40 AUD.
You can place an order by emailing us at info@rousephillips.com with your enquiry, including product details and quantities. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll process your order and issue an invoice. Production or dispatch begins as soon as payment is received.
Most of our products are made to order. If you’re working to a deadline or require a faster turnaround, please let us know, we may be able to accommodate a rush service, subject to supplier availability.
We do hold limited stock of select designs. In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment. To avoid delays, we recommend checking availability in advance.
Yes, minimums apply. Fabrics have a 3-metre / 3-yard minimum, and wallpaper is sold by the meter / roll. Custom orders come with a 10 meter / 10 yard minimum.
Fabric comes with a lead time of 3-6 weeks, wallpaper can be printed within 2-4 weeks. We’ll confirm lead times at the time of ordering.
Yes, our collections are available to both the trade and the public. Some services may be reserved for trade accounts.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery costs and times will vary depending on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We’re happy to provide a shipping quote in advance. Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply. Clients from the USA will be subject to a 10% tariff when ordering from Australia.
As most of our products are printed or cut to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty.
Please inspect your order upon delivery before any fabric is cut or used. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order so we can advise.

Our products are proudly designed in our Sydney studio and produced by trusted manufacturing partners in Australia and abroad.
Each design begins as a hand-drawn or painted artwork. We then translate it into textiles and wall coverings using digital or screen printing techniques, depending on the material.
Yes, we offer custom colourways and adaptations across our full collection of fabric, wallpaper, rugs and cushions.

We can also colour match to paint chips, fabric swatches, or Pantone references for custom projects.
Yes, natural fibres can feature slight slubs, weave irregularities, and minor colour variation. These are not considered faults but part of the fabric’s character.
Write a clear and concise answer to guide your customers.
We recommend dry cleaning or machine washing up to 30c. For spot cleaning, test on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid direct sunlight and prolonged moisture exposure.
Due to the nature of batch printing, slight colour variations may occur. We recommend ordering all required meterage at once.
We produce traditional wallpapers using high-quality paper and eco-friendly inks printed in Sydney, Australia.
We recommend avoiding areas with high humidity like bathrooms unless properly ventilated and prepared.
